  Pros

  While I didn't notice any dramatic effects, I can definitely tell that my eyes seem clearer than before. When I wasn't taking it, I had trouble focusing my eyes when tired, but that seems to have improved. I think lutein is really essential for maintaining eye health. The pills have a slightly sweet, chocolatey scent, which, regardless of whether you like it or not, provides a nice psychological boost when swallowing. I also appreciate that they're individually packaged.

  Cons

  There's nothing particularly negative to mention. Even though I'm required to write at least 20 characters, I genuinely can't think of any downsides.

  Just one pill a day!
