  Pros

  Each capsule contains a total of 1000mg of EPA and DHA combined, so taking just one a day is sufficient. The quality of ingredients and their concentrations are excellent, and the PVDC packaging reduces the risk of oxidation, ensuring hygienic consumption. There's absolutely no fishy smell from the capsules, and you won't experience any unpleasant aftertaste either.

  Cons

  While the product is great, it's a shame that it's quite expensive. It would be nice if they offered more frequent discounts.
