ProsI received this as a gift from a friend living in the US. When I take it regularly, I definitely feel less fatigued, so it seems to be effective. I have a sensitive stomach, and once when I wasn't feeling well, I took it on an empty stomach. It made me feel nauseous and like I might throw up. I was so surprised! Since then, I always make sure to take it right after meals. Those with sensitive stomachs, take note!
ConsFor me, the pills are just too big, making them difficult to swallow. This makes me less likely to take them consistently. If I accidentally swallow them sideways, it feels like they're scraping my entire esophagus on the way down. I'm good about taking other supplements like omega-3 or milk thistle, but I find myself avoiding these vitamins.
