The fact that you can take it anywhere as long as you have water? I'd say the portability was its best feature. It was also great that you could take it anytime, before or after meals. What's more, even though I was really overeating, I didn't gain weight! I only exercised occasionally, and I indulged so much that I barely felt like someone on a diet. I'm sure I would have lost even more weight if I had exercised regularly and controlled my diet better. Many diet supplements have that distinctive garcinia smell, and I once nearly gagged trying to swallow garcinia pills. But Wanner Lab's product had less of an odor, probably because it doesn't contain garcinia. The price makes you wonder if it's really worth it. Also, while the smell is less noticeable, it's not completely absent, so those sensitive to odors might still struggle. The pills aren't small either, so there's a chance they could get stuck in your throat if you don't swallow them properly.

The catechins work really well if your skin responds to them. It's convenient to carry around, so sharing with friends could make you popular. I always take it when I eat a lot of carbs, and it helps prevent weight gain. There weren't really any downsides.
