  Pros

  Duration of use: About a year and a half, taking it occasionally when I remember. My mom and I are taking it together, and she's been consistently using it for 2 years now. Effects: Mom says she's happy because her wrists and ankles seem to hurt less.

  Cons

  I'm not sure about the effects for myself... I'm taking it with the belief that long-term use will be good for my joints. The smell is not great... It has an unpleasant odor that's hard to describe.

  Tip

  I'm taking it with the mindset that it's good to start caring for my joints from a young age.

  Pros

  I've been taking this for 6 months now. It's been really helpful for my recurring wrist sprain. While it doesn't magically cure the condition, it definitely reduces the pain significantly.

  Cons

  You need to take two tablets at a time, so it would be more convenient if they could make it into a single pill!

  Tip

  I take this along with a multivitamin and drink plenty of water. It works wonders!
