It's best to take it at the same time each day for optimal results.

It's a bit of a hassle to remember to take it every day. I haven't really felt any significant effects either.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I've been taking it regularly. Can't say I've noticed any major changes, but I suppose it's better than not taking anything at all!
