The product comes with individual servings. I am mixing it into water and feeding it to my child. I ordered it because it's from Honso. I haven't finished the full month's supply, so I'm not sure, but I think I should keep taking it.
Cons
My child said it tastes a bit unpleasant. As it's a powder, it also doesn't feel great going down.

I have premenstrual syndrome and severe anemia, so I started taking this iron supplement. I've tried the tablet form before, but the distinctive iron supplement smell was difficult for me to handle. So I found this powder or liquid form that I can buy as needed - and it's really delicious!!! It has a sweet and sour taste! No fishy taste at all. If you have a child's palate, I highly recommend this. It also contains vitamin C, B vitamins, and folic acid as additional ingredients, which is great. I originally bought it for my daughter, but since the iron content seems good, I've been taking it myself too. My daughter and I take it together. I try to avoid supplements with silicon dioxide, and this one doesn't have that, plus the other ingredients are good. After taking this iron supplement, my periods seem to be going more smoothly.
Cons
I wish the hot deals would come up more often!! Other than that, I really like it.
Tip
I also eat this when I'm feeling hungry or craving something a little sweet. Of course, it doesn't really affect my liver, but it's delicious!
