Pros
I started taking this probiotic product as my first probiotic supplement (before, I would just eat yogurt), and it has been surprisingly effective, so I've been sticking with it for about a year and 8 months now haha. I often recommend this vaginal probiotic to those around me. After taking this, my yeast infections have decreased significantly, and the itching has completely gone away.
Cons
The price is a bit high... And unfortunately, it didn't really help with my menstrual cramps ㅋㅋ ㅠㅠㅠ...

Pros
I originally bought it because of the cooling effect, but the powder was also fine and melted smoothly, with a delicious nutty flavor.
Cons
The individual packaging was good, but it was inconvenient to open. Was it just me?
