I ran out of my usual omega-3 supplement and spotted this on Olive Young's site while browsing their top recommendations. Even without a discount, it's great value at just over 10,000 won for a box (2-month supply). The soft gel capsules are individually wrapped, which is convenient. When I put them in my mouth, I noticed a slightly sweet taste. There's no fishy smell or flavor, and they're smaller than my previous brand, making them easier to swallow.

Cons

While 500mg is listed as the daily recommended amount, most experts suggest 600-1000mg products. Taking one capsule per day is convenient, but I'm a bit disappointed with the lower dosage. Once I finish this, I might look for a different product. I noticed that while it's not sold at Olive Young, Korea Eundan does offer a 600mg option.
