My omega-3 supplement ran out, so I checked the Olive Young website and saw it was recommended, so I tried it. Even without a discount, a box (2-month supply) was in the 10,000 won range, so it seemed like a good value product. The soft capsules are individually packaged, which is nice, and when I put them in my mouth, there was a slightly sweet taste. There was no fishy smell or taste, and the size was smaller than the product I had been taking before, so it was easier to swallow.
