  Pros

  I feel like my skin has improved after taking these. I bought them in winter and just finished the bottle. It seems like my skin became more hydrated while taking them. They weren't uncomfortable to take, and when I put them in my mouth, they had no taste and were smooth, making them easy to swallow.

  Cons

  The pills are a bit large, so those who have trouble swallowing might find them challenging. Personally, I'm good at swallowing pills, so it wasn't an issue for me.
