  Pros

  The texture is slightly viscous, but it absorbs quickly into the skin. It's fragrance-free, making it comfortable for those with scent sensitivities. Beyond that, I'm not sure about other advantages.

  The packaging is terrible. The dropper constantly makes a mess around the bottle's opening when you put it back in. I didn't see any improvement in blemishes. The finish is sticky, which I don't like at all. It makes my skin feel tacky. After using it, I experienced some tingling and itching. I'm not sure what the benefits of this ampoule are. It doesn't help with deep dryness or hydration, shows no effect on blemish care, has inconvenient packaging, and leaves an uncomfortable sticky feeling after use. I bought it thinking it might have a synergistic effect when used with the gel cream (which was given as a gift with purchase because the gel cream itself was expensive), but using them together was even worse. Double the stickiness, the typical surface dryness from the gel cream, plus the ampoule not solving deep dryness issues made my skin feel extremely dry. Now I'm using a hydrating ampoule with the gel cream instead of this one.

  It applied lightly but I remember it being itchy. Conclusion: It didn't suit me. I know it's harder to find a suitable serum or essence compared to creams or emulsions, but it's frustrating when it doesn't work out. For those of us struggling to find the right cream, let's not waste money on serums or essences. Instead, let's focus on finding a hydrating moisturizer that doesn't cause blemishes.

  I bought this functional ampoule at Olive Young during a sale after beauty YouTubers raved about it. I wanted to care for my recovering skin and blemish marks. However...

  For me, it caused small bumps around my chin, and even near my eyes where I've never had issues before. My skin became itchy immediately after use. My husband suffered from severe acne and inflamed blemishes on both cheeks for over a week! If you decide to try it, please start with a small amount! Seeing my husband's skin reaction was so upsetting that I switched all his skincare to a cica line...

  I didn't particularly feel like it was moisturizing, but it worked fine when I applied it only to areas with blemishes.
