I checked the ingredients on Hwahae and decided to give this a try. It's perfect for showers and quick face washes. My skin feels soothed and comfortable, so I'm using it regularly now. I even take it with me when I travel - it's become my go-to cleanser that I can't do without!
ConsIt's completely fragrance-free. While it's great that it doesn't cause any irritation, I think a subtle, soap-like scent would be nice.

I've tried all sorts of baby shower gels, including foreign brands, as my kids are a bit older now. But this Modubareun shower gel is genuinely mild. It's non-irritating with almost no scent, making it gentle and leaving no tightness after showering. I'm quite sensitive, and when I use shower gels with stronger ingredients, my arms and legs often get itchy after showering. However, with Modubareun, there's none of that. It provides just the right amount of hydration, which is perfect. In summer, sometimes shower gels can feel too moisturizing and make you feel hot, but Modubareun strikes the perfect balance of hydration. I really like it!
ConsThe downside is the lack of fragrance. It's almost completely unscented, but I think if it had a very subtle, gentle scent, it might make showering a more pleasant experience.
TipFirst of all, it's so gentle that it would be great for babies to use as well. True to its name, it's suitable for kids and moms to use together. It lathers adequately, making it nice for a soft, massaging shower.

It's completely fragrance-free, and it produces an incredibly rich lather! I was worried that the low viscosity might affect its ability to foam, but I was pleasantly surprised by the abundant, soft, and delicate bubbles. The packaging is adorably gentle-looking, and it comes with a separate pump and a sticker to mark the opening date. Such thoughtful attention to detail! As a mom, it's these little things that really touch our hearts.
ConsBeing fragrance-free... those who prefer scented products might be disappointed, but this just shows how gentle the formula is.
TipIt's absolutely perfect for kids, no question about it. It would also be great for pregnant women or nursing mothers who are sensitive to fragrances. Instead of the hassle of using separate products for mom and baby, try this Modu-Barun Kids & Mom body wash that you can use together with your little ones. It's so convenient.

I appreciated that the cap came separately, preventing any spills during shipping - a common issue with attached caps. The product itself lathers well and rinses off nicely. As someone with super sensitive skin, I often get rashes from body washes, but this one didn't cause any irritation. After use, my skin doesn't feel dry, making it a convenient product to use.
ConsAlthough it's labeled as fragrance-free, there's a slight scent when you lather it up. However, it's not particularly pleasant, so those sensitive to fragrances might find it a bit off-putting.

The lather is rich when showering, but it's gentle on the skin with no irritation or stinging in the eyes. I loved that our skin didn't feel dry or rough after use. In summer, we need to bathe the kids frequently, and even with gentle products, washing three children usually leaves my hands feeling dry. However, with Modubaren Kids & Mom, that wasn't the case. It's clear why it received the Dermatest Excellent rating - it truly deserves it!
ConsThere wasn't anything particularly disappointing. If I had to nitpick, the fragrance-free aspect might be a bit underwhelming for older kids when bathing.

My child has sensitive skin, and changing emulsions or washes can often cause a strong reaction, so I always prioritize ingredients. The Modubareun Ato Body Wash seemed promising in terms of its formulation, so I tried it on my child. After about 4 days of use, we're using it without any issues. The fact that it's fragrance-free is reassuring, but also a bit disappointing. Usually, the kids enjoy the scent of their body wash and sometimes even hum while showering... This one is truly unscented, so the children didn't have a particularly positive reaction. As the one bathing them, I found it a bit bland too. It doesn't give that squeaky clean feeling, which makes me wonder if it might be a bit challenging for my older child who's starting to shower independently. Then again, I thought maybe that sensation might encourage them to scrub more thoroughly! However, it does seem to leave the skin feeling more hydrated. I tried it myself and could definitely notice the difference. I have dry skin and usually feel uncomfortable with static if I don't apply an emulsion right after showering, but with this, that feeling was noticeably reduced. I could take care of the kids first and apply my emulsion a bit later without discomfort. I used a shower puff, and while it lathered well, the foam dissipated quicker than expected. It wasn't a major inconvenience though. I used about 1-2 pumps for the children and a total of 3 pumps for an adult body wash.
ConsAs shown in the photo, the pump comes separately... To be honest, I'm not a fan of this approach as I worry about product contamination. It doesn't affect the usage, but still. While the lack of fragrance is reassuring, it does make the experience a bit dull.
TipWhen it comes to body wash for children, what matters most is how beneficial it is for their skin, right? Good ingredients and cleansing effectiveness should be the benchmark. The Modubareun Ato Body Wash really impresses me in this aspect, so I think we'll continue using it.

It's easy to recycle without any hassle. The transparent container lets you see at a glance how much product is left, and you can even jot down the opening date. These thoughtful details really stand out. The gentle ingredients make it perfect for kids too - no worries about irritation or blemishes. It's a relief to use something so mild. The clear, liquid formula doesn't lather much on its own, but when you add water and work it in, it creates a rich yet light foam. I like how the suds quickly disappear from the sink after rinsing. While it leaves a slight slip on the skin, it's not unpleasant. My child scratches less after washing since the skin feels softer and less dry.
ConsThough I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances, I wish the subtle scent it does have was a bit more pleasant.
TipWhile it's marketed for kids and moms, I think it would be great for babies, pregnant women, or nursing mothers too. For the best lather, try adding a bit of water before working it into a foam rather than applying it directly.

As someone who had atopic dermatitis as a child and still has extremely sensitive skin that reacts to sunlight, I've struggled to find suitable products. Most body washes with harsh chemicals irritate my skin immediately, but Modubarun's body wash is remarkably gentle. What I appreciate most is that it's fragrance-free and contains no artificial colorants.
ConsWhile I personally didn't have any issues, I can imagine some people might miss having a scent in their body wash.

First, looking at the ingredients, I could tell from the label and Hwahae product information that they've made an effort to exclude potentially irritating chemical components. This was particularly reassuring for me and my daughter, as we both have sensitive dry skin and are cautious about the effects of chemicals. The product is free from harmful ingredients like parabens, artificial colors, and fragrances, which allowed us to use it with peace of mind. The texture is very moisturizing and gentle. Both my daughter and I typically have dry skin, but after using this product, our dryness seemed to improve significantly. I appreciated that it didn't leave our skin feeling overly squeaky clean. Despite being free from harsh chemicals, it lathers well even with a small amount, absorbing gently into the skin. One pump is sufficient to create enough foam for an adult's shower. While it may not be perfect for every skin type, it worked wonderfully for my daughter and me. Lastly, I liked the clean design and packaging, with a transparent container that allows you to check the remaining amount and condition of the product easily. Overall, I highly recommend the Modubarun Kids & Mom Ato Body Wash for families who prioritize skin health. It seems to help maintain healthy skin by minimizing irritation while providing moisturizing effects.
ConsSince it's a product designed for sensitive skin and children, avoiding harmful ingredients means it's completely fragrance-free. Even though I understand the reason, I found myself slightly missing a scent.
