The mask provided excellent hydration and was user-friendly, even on tricky facial contours. It left my skin feeling firm and created a great base for makeup. However, the packaging design could be improved for easier pad retrieval. Considering the cost, I might explore other options in the future.

While there's a built-in tweezer, it's not visible when taking out the pads, so they always come out in a clump - that's a bit inconvenient

Since this product isn't specifically for soothing, it might be better to use a calming product separately in those situations.
