It feels like there's no residue left behind. However, after about two weeks of use, I didn't notice any dramatic skin improvements. The cleansing power isn't too strong, so it feels less irritating. For heavy makeup or waterproof products, a double cleanse is definitely necessary (see photo for waterproof makeup removal test). For bare skin or light makeup, a single cleanse seems sufficient! This would be great for summer when sweat and sebum production go into overdrive, or for those with oily skin. It's similar to using salicylic acid pads like Stridex! If you don't mind tea tree scent, you'll probably find the fragrance pleasant. Compared to low pH cleansing foams, this one creates denser bubbles! While the foam isn't super fluffy, its high-density texture makes for a nice rolling application.
ConsThose with dry or sensitive skin, especially during seasonal changes, might find this a bit irritating! As it's a gentle product, it's absolutely necessary to double cleanse when removing waterproof makeup! (See photo for reference)
TipFor enhanced exfoliation, try using this with the wet cotton pad cleansing method (look it up for details)!

Personally, I'm not a fan of that slippery feeling after cleansing, so I really appreciated the refreshing, clean sensation this gave me! *A small amount of the cleansing foam was sufficient for a thorough cleanse* While it didn't dramatically improve my blemishes, I noticed fewer breakouts compared to before I started using this cleansing foam
ConsThe scent is a bit unpleasant, which bothers me every time I use it It barely removes waterproof pencil eyeliner, though it does take off some mascara

However, this product is less drying, leaves a fresh finish, and causes less deep dryness, which I really liked. Cleansing effectiveness: It effectively removed face makeup (foundation), eye makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner), and lip products, showing good cleansing power despite its gentle feel. Texture: The texture is slightly thick, so it requires a bit of effort to squeeze out of the tube packaging. But it's not difficult to dispense. To put it positively, it has a texture that adheres well to the skin. Above all, it creates a rich, dense foam that allows for deep cleansing of the pores. Scent: The fragrance wasn't artificial or off-putting. I enjoyed its natural, herbal scent that reminded me of a forest.
ConsCleansing power: It couldn't completely remove extremely waterproof mascara or glitter. However, this is common for most cleansing foams, so I didn't consider it a significant drawback.
TipFor thorough cleansing, I recommend using a cleansing balm or oil for the first cleanse, followed by this cleansing foam for the second cleanse. Usually, double cleansing can lead to deep dryness, but after two weeks of use, I experienced no deep dryness at all.

I was particularly excited about this Hwahae Testers product as it's suitable for troubled skin. Usually, I use a low pH foam cleanser in the morning and a slightly alkaline one in the evening, but during the testing period, I used this product both morning and night. Usage Experience: It lathers up well just using your hands, no tools needed. While it may not foam as much as other cleansing foams, the fine, dense bubbles gave me the feeling of a thorough cleanse. It has a slight tea tree scent, which I personally enjoy. After cleansing, my skin felt refreshed without any tightness! Effectiveness: I had high hopes for this product as I've been experiencing a lot of small bumps and blemishes lately. While I didn't notice any significant calming effects on my troubled areas, I'm relieved that my existing blemishes didn't spread further.
ConsPrice: The main ingredient is Jeju green tea water instead of purified water, and it's a low-irritation product that's passed dermatest. Perhaps that's why the price is a bit steep... I might have to wait for a sale to purchase it. Cleansing Power: When used alone to remove foundation, eyeshadow, and mascara fixer, its cleansing power isn't particularly impressive. I think it's more suitable as a second-step cleanser after using a cleansing oil or balm for the first cleanse!

When I first tried this product, I noticed a unique tea tree scent that you don't typically find in other foam cleansers. I absolutely love it, but tea tree scent can be polarizing, so if you're not a fan, you might want to look for alternatives. The light green color was a refreshing touch. It seemed to visually represent the '4-terpineol' ingredient, which really stuck in my mind. Plus, it contains Centella Asiatica extract, which I'm a huge fan of, so that was a big plus for me. I have sensitive skin that breaks out easily with harsh products, but this didn't cause any blemishes, which was great. For those with sensitive skin who often use low pH cleansing foams, this one definitely lathers better and has a richer texture. The cleansing effectiveness is pretty good. It removes sunscreen and other light makeup well.
ConsThe cleansing power is decent, but not exceptional. While it easily removes oil and everyday grime, it struggles with heavier makeup. I tried it on non-waterproof mascara as a test, and it didn't clean it off completely. Although it contains tea tree leaf oil, the amount seems quite small. It's listed at the bottom of the ingredients, which is a bit disappointing. Of course, it also includes terpineol and Centella Asiatica extract, so keep that in mind. Regarding the scent, those who dislike tea tree or herbal smells might find it difficult to use.
TipIt leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean, so those with dry skin might want to patch test before committing to it.

I wear makeup almost daily and have extremely oily skin that requires cleansing with a foam cleanser even in the morning due to excessive sebum production! Despite having extremely oily, adult acne-prone skin, I usually dislike the slippery feeling left by most acne care products on the market, which are typically slightly acidic. However, I really appreciated how this product left my skin feeling clean without any residue! The testing period coincided with my PMS, a time when my sebum production skyrockets. The fact that I could go about my daily life as usual during this time is a testament to this product's effectiveness. As you can see in the attached photo, the overall redness on my face has significantly reduced, clearly demonstrating its soothing effects.
ConsAs an acne care product, its cleansing power is lower compared to other cleansing products, making it more suitable as a second-step cleanser. While it effectively removes light base makeup like sunscreen, it struggles with removing heavier makeup such as mascara and highlighter. Additionally, I felt that this product might not be sufficient for treating severe blemishes... While it showed quite good results in soothing the skin and managing blackheads, I haven't noticed significant effects on cystic acne and blemish marks yet. Since the usage period was short, I'll come back to add more feedback after using it for about a month.
TipI was worried because many reviews mentioned an unusual scent, but considering it's a vegan and acne care product, I thought the fragrance was quite acceptable, even for my sensitive skin!

Compared to other foam cleansers, it left my skin feeling super clean and refreshed after use! Texture: While it might feel a bit thick with just a small amount of water, when used with plenty of water, it lathers up nicely! It's a cleansing foam with a subtle pearlescent sheen and a slight silvery tint. Scent: Thanks to the green tea water and tea tree oil, it has a refreshing, cool fragrance! I really appreciated that it's made with green tea water instead of purified water, which makes it less irritating to the skin. As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, I found that the Blanc Nature Acne Care Foam Cleanser effectively removed excess oil. I'm definitely considering repurchasing!
ConsDue to its natural ingredients, it doesn't lather as much as other cleansing foams. Since it's more of a functional skincare product rather than a deep cleanser, I found it works best when used after removing heavy makeup with a separate makeup remover first.
TipFor dry skin types, it's recommended to use once in the evening. For oily skin types, using twice daily - morning and evening - is suggested.

It cleanses well, exfoliates dead skin cells, and seems to calm blemishes. 1) Reduces sebum 2) Antibacterial for acne 3) Exfoliates dead skin cells When it arrived, there was a booklet with instructions. It mentioned that due to the natural ingredients, you should use plenty of product and lather for at least 30 seconds (as it might not foam easily). I squeezed out about a fingernail-sized amount. The texture is soft, and if you rub it well between your hands and massage it onto your face, it transforms into a rich lather. Nowadays, many acne-care foam cleansers are slightly acidic, which leaves a slippery feeling that I really dislike. This product, however, leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean and refreshed - that was probably its biggest advantage for me. Once when I used it, I tried massaging it for longer to cleanse thoroughly (about 1.5-2 minutes). It gave a slight cooling sensation, like using a minty product. So I thought it might be a bit irritating for very sensitive skin if used for too long. But after rinsing, that sensation disappeared completely, and there was no irritation post-cleansing, so it seems fine. In summary, while using this, I didn't develop any new blemishes, small bumps, or acne. It cleanses thoroughly while also feeling soothing, so I'm satisfied!
ConsSince the product is formulated for acne-prone skin and provides exfoliation, it might be a bit drying or cause skin tightness for those with dry skin. The cleansing power is somewhat limited. It's probably better suited as a morning cleanser or second-step cleanser. While it can handle sunscreen okay, it might not be strong enough to remove full-face makeup or heavy eye makeup in one go. Also, the scent might be polarizing. It has a very strong, distinctive tea tree or herbal medicinal fragrance.
TipAs mentioned above, this is an exfoliating foam cleanser with a squeaky-clean finish, so it might be a bit drying for those with dry skin. I have combination dehydrated skin, and if I left my skin bare after cleansing, I felt some tightness in my cheeks. So it's good to follow up immediately with hydrating toner pads for a toner mask. This eliminates the dryness and leaves the skin looking clean and great. After using this product, a hydrating toner mask would be better than an exfoliating toner.

I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but my skin seems a bit calmer? - Cleansing effectiveness It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean, which is quite satisfying. However, it might be a bit drying, so those with dry skin might want to avoid using it daily.
Cons- Ingredients While I feel it's decent for blemish reduction, I found the ingredient list a bit disappointing. - Cleansing power It doesn't seem to remove heavy makeup completely. This wasn't an issue for me since I usually do a first cleanse with cleansing oil, but it's worth noting.

Many of the gentle cleansing foams I've been using lately require multiple washes to feel squeaky clean. However, this product impressed me by removing oiliness in just one wash! Despite its strong cleansing effectiveness, it didn't cause any irritation or blemishes during use. While some reviews mentioned a strong scent, I personally found it fine.
ConsAlthough it was great at removing excess oil, it seemed slightly less effective at cleansing makeup products like eyeliner and mascara. However, this wasn't a major issue for me since I always use cleansing oil before my foaming cleanser.
