Pros
Skin type: Uneven texture, redness, combination dehydrated skin, sensitive If you're struggling with deep dryness and redness, give this a try! When your skin is super sensitive, it's hard to confidently apply any skincare, but this product is one you'll reach for without hesitation. 💗 Soothing effect: The azulene ingredient instantly calms your skin. My stubborn redness that wouldn't budge no matter what I tried has noticeably decreased. 💗 Hydration: With my combination dehydrated skin, pure aloe gel often leaves me feeling dry quickly with an uncomfortable film-like sensation. This product, however, absorbs naturally into the skin without any stickiness. It also has great moisture retention, which helped with my deep dryness. 💗 Makeup-friendly: Even if a product is effective, I tend not to use it if it doesn't work well under makeup. This one absorbs well even when applied as the last step of skincare, and doesn't cause pilling when used before makeup. I like to mix the azulene gel with azulene ampoule and apply a thin layer twice at the essence step - this gives me perfectly moisturized skin! 💗 The ingredients have been reformulated. They've removed potentially irritating ingredients and added more soothing and hydrating ones. As someone with super sensitive skin, this was fantastic for me.
Cons
The original 200ml product contains AHA, which is good for oily skin types. As I have sensitive skin, it caused a burning sensation for me.
Tip
When choosing skincare products, it's important to consider your specific skin type and concerns. Pros
Pros: This product feels like it's specially designed for soothing - more so than any other gel I've tried. As someone prone to redness, I was shocked to see how calm and even my complexion looked after using it. I'm definitely stocking up for this summer. Cons: The price... ouch.
Cons
It's expensive, but when you look at the ingredients list, you understand why. You can't help but accept the high price tag...
Tip
Try using it together with the Centella cream pack, or mix it with your regular cream. Alternatively, apply it before using a face mask.

I discovered this product when it was applied for soothing after a waxing session at a salon. It instantly calms irritated, blotchy skin and the cool sensation quickly stabilizes skin with a burning sensation.
Cons
After learning about the prices offered by estheticians who do group buys on Instagram, I find myself waiting for those deals rather than purchasing from the official website.
Tip
The blue tint of the formula due to the azulene ingredient won't stain white clothing collars if you're careful when applying, so there's no need to worry about discoloration.

Pros
Applying a generous amount before using a modeling mask seems to have a cooling and soothing effect
Cons
The only inconvenience is having to purchase it through group buying, which can be a bit of a hassle

It's great to use before applying a modeling mask or to carry easily when traveling. Surprisingly, there's quite a lot of product, so I've been using half in the evening and half in the morning, or splitting it over two days

Pros
I initially bought the stick version, and after liking it, I purchased the larger tub. At first, I thought it was below expectations, but the more I use it, the more I appreciate the true value of this soothing gel! First off, it's incredibly calming! Even in this hot summer, when I apply it and lie down, my face feels so refreshingly cool. It seems to tame blemishes too when applied to troubled areas. Looking in the mirror after application, my skin looks so good it lifts my mood!
Cons
The downside that most people probably noticed is the sticky feeling.
Tip
Due to the stickiness, many might not enjoy using it and end up abandoning the Soothing Gel. Here's my pro tip: This gel mixes surprisingly well with various products. I've tried blending it with serums, hydrating creams, and nourishing creams at home. The result? Amazing hydration without the stickiness! It's especially fantastic when mixed with a hyaluronic acid moisturizer. Also, when my skin is irritated or showing redness, I mix it with prescription Zeroid emulsion from my dermatologist. This combo seems to double the calming effect, boosting regeneration, hydration, and soothing properties all at once. The Zeroid emulsion alone can be a bit lacking in moisture, so definitely try this mix. The stickiness disappears, and the texture becomes as pleasant as applying a regular moisturizer.

Pros
It's wonderfully moisturizing and feels great. It seems to have a calming effect too. Apply generously on skin that feels hot or irritated.
Cons
It's quite pricey, unfortunately. Perhaps because it's a product used in esthetic clinics. Despite the cost, I bought the large size because it works so well. I'll make sure to use it diligently!
Tip
Try layering it on bit by bit. It has a delightfully bouncy texture. At first, it might feel a bit sticky, but once it absorbs, it feels just fine.

Pros
It has a soothing gel-like texture that leaves my skin feeling hydrated, soft, and smooth. I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin's overall appearance! I'd recommend this more for winter use rather than summer.
Cons
I was extremely satisfied when I used the first stick from the box. However, when I opened the second box, perhaps because my skin had become accustomed to the soothing gel stick, my skin completely flared up. If you don't have super sensitive skin like mine, it might work well for you.

Pros
I tried this product as a sample because I heard azulene is good for milia, and wow, it's amazing! I ended up buying the full-size version. It's not discontinued as far as I know, though it shows as discontinued here. First off, it makes my skin feel incredibly cool, like it's lowering my skin temperature. (And this is at room temperature, not even refrigerated!) It's gentle, absorbs well, and has great soothing effects. The large volume means I can even use it on my back in summer - it's cooling and prevents back acne!
Cons
While there's nothing lacking in the product's effectiveness, it is on the pricier side. But it's worth every penny.
Tip
My routine is to apply this gel right after toner when I get out of the shower, then let it absorb while I sit in front of a fan. The cooling effect is no joke - it's incredibly refreshing and even helps even out my complexion as it lowers my skin temperature. When I layer serum and cream on top, my skin feels hydrated, plump, and bouncy!

Pros
I have high standards for satisfaction and provide thorough reviews. The Azulene Soothing Gel is great for calming the skin. When mixed with jojoba oil, it simultaneously provides hydration and soothes the skin. Instead of purified water, it contains chamomile flower water, showing that a lot of thought went into this soothing gel. The stick format makes it convenient to use anywhere.
Cons
When used with devices, it can pill slightly and become a bit clumpy. If you're curious about Sante products, this is worth trying. However, it feels similar to soothing gels you can find at Olive Young. Don't expect anything extraordinary if you decide to purchase it.
