I spray it before bed or when my skin feels dry! Especially in winter, I find myself spritzing it on at random times throughout the day.

It doesn't seem to dramatically address deep dryness, so when my skin is extremely dehydrated, I need to use an ampoule along with it.

The scent is lovely and it keeps my skin hydrated for a long time! It seems to absorb well into the skin too.

After cleansing, I sprayed it on and let it partially absorb (don't let it dry completely!), then immediately applied my serum. I found this method worked well for me.
