  I can totally see why Too Cool For School's shading is so popular! The variety of shades is fantastic, and the neutral tone is just right - not too dark, not too light. It's perfect for everyday use!

  Cons

  Well... I did notice quite a bit of excess powder when using a brush. But I think that was more due to my inexperience with brush techniques. If you're new to this, it might be a good idea to practice your brush skills before diving in.

  Tip

  For beginners, I highly recommend mastering your brush technique before using this product. It'll make a world of difference!

  Pros

  Among neutral shading products, this one has the most beautiful color. It's free from reddish or yellowish undertones and applies with great pigmentation. There's no clumping, and I love that it comes with a mirror.

  Cons

  When applying with a brush, there's some excess powder fallout, so it seems to run out quickly.

  [Shade 1.5 Neutral] Not bad at all. I really liked the perfectly neutral color that's neither warm nor cool. The only downside would be the excess powder... Even when I switched brushes, it kept dusting off.

  Cons

  The excess powder is more noticeable than expected, and I'm not sure if it's because of my complexion, but it doesn't seem to provide intense color payoff.

  The color is exactly what I was looking for. It's not too red, nor too ashy, making it perfect for Asian skin tones.

  Cons

  The color is so natural that it might lack a bit in pigmentation. Also, there's some excess powder fallout.

  Tip

  I don't use the lighter shades much, but layering the two darker colors seems to give better color payoff.

  Deep undertone indeed! Color: I've been using this since it was the go-to contouring product, but I switched because I was slightly unsatisfied with the color. Now I'm back to buying 1.5! I love the three-color composition and the generous amount. The neutral tone is definitely easier to use. If you found the original No. 1 too warm, I recommend trying 1.5!

  Cons

  Excess powder: The excess powder is, well... a chronic issue. You need to tap it off well before using. Durability: The durability is also terrible. If you drop it, it's game over. And the matte case gets dirty easily, so be extra careful!

  This is my go-to product for achieving a natural yet defined contour. I love it so much that I repurchased when I saw it was on sale. It's so easy to blend that even beginners can create a flawless look.

  Cons

  There's quite a bit of excess powder fallout, which is a bit of a nuisance. Also, the leftmost shade applies lighter than expected.

  As you'd expect from a famous contouring product, it definitely delivers on its promise for effective shading!

  Cons

  Unfortunately, it caused blemishes easily and had excessive powder fallout..

  Tip

  I recommend getting the special edition that comes with a contouring brush for easier application. That brush is really fantastic.

  9/10 rating <The 3rd photo shows the lightest shade at the top> I had heard about Too Cool for School a few times for their contouring products, so I decided to give it a try. Since then, I've been using only this! At the time, I wasn't sure if I was cool-toned or warm-toned, so I used shade 1.5 neutral. I'd say the staying power is slightly below average or average. Although I have super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation!

  Cons

  There's a bit of excess powder fallout, and the powder formula is quite fragile. The staying power isn't particularly long-lasting.

  For those who aren't sure if they're cool-toned or warm-toned, I highly recommend trying the neutral shade!
