There was not a single disappointing aspect.. If I had to choose one, it would be that it would have been nice to have a spoon! Having to do it with my hands all the time, I think it would have been more convenient if there was a spoon!!

It really works well to remove blackheads!! The cleansing power also seems quite good, and my face feels incredibly refreshed after washing.

I scoop out a generous amount and cleanse gently without irritation.

The only downside is that my vision becomes a bit blurry after using it, but this also happens when I use cleansing oils. Additionally, it leaves behind some black residue. However, this is unavoidable if I try to remove everything with just this product without separately cleansing the eye area.

I purchased this product after watching a YouTuber's video recommending their favorite shopping items for a trip to Japan. Although it was more expensive than what's sold at Donki, I had high expectations and was satisfied with the product. The cleansing power is good, and it's non-irritating to the skin. I normally only use cleansing oils, but I've almost used up this entire bottle and have also purchased a domestic brand cleansing balm. This is a good opportunity for me to switch to using a cleansing balm.

Buying it online through duty-free is about 10,000 won cheaper than getting it in Japan
Japan sells a mini-size version for 880 yen, which they say lasts about a week, but I used the regular size for about 3 weeks and still had some left

It does contain phenoxyethanol (an ingredient that's hard to avoid in Japanese products due to the climate)
And the black repair version leaves a black stain on your nails haha, though it does wash off in water

I started using it because I had blackhead concerns, and it does a great job of removing sebum while leaving my skin feeling clean but not dry - I'm very satisfied with it!
If Vanillacoco is like a sorbet, this is more like Vaseline - just perfect. It doesn't slide off or feel sticky
It rinses off cleanly without any residue, and the emulsification works well, though I prefer double-cleansing with a foam cleanser since I don't like the slippery feeling
I used to use a jojoba oil rolling method to remove blackheads, but doing that for too long would irritate my skin and cause puffiness - this doesn't have that issue
