  Pros

  I have oily, slightly sensitive skin. Here's my experience: My face was covered in whiteheads, pimples, and pustules, so I was really hoping this product would work. -Blemish improvement True to its claim as a serum for acne-prone skin, it calmed my chaotic skin significantly in just one day. My skin was a complete mess with acne everywhere, but after applying this, most of it had subsided by the next morning. This alone makes the product worth it in my opinion. -No excess oil As someone with oily skin, I dislike greasy products, but this one leaves a smooth finish without any oiliness. It didn't cause my skin to produce excess sebum, which was great. -Application & absorption It applies smoothly without clumping and feels light on the skin. It absorbs well too, leaving no sticky residue and feeling lightweight immediately after application.

  Cons

  Caution: It stings! When I applied it all over my face, I felt a stinging sensation on areas with active acne or acne scars. It wasn't constant, but it did sting for a few minutes after initial application. However, it didn't cause any new blemishes or worsen existing ones, so it wasn't a major issue. Also, it might feel too tight for those with very oily skin, and I wish the amount was a bit more generous. Lastly, the scent is really unpleasant.

  Tip

  This seems to be a newly launched product line from Aestura, different from their existing popular lines. I think it would work well for those with oily skin!

  Pros

  There's a slight cooling effect when applied. It provides hydration without feeling rich. I like the texture itself - it's light and flows smoothly. After consistent use for over 2 weeks, I noticed my dead skin cells were managed better and my skin texture seemed to improve. I think this is due to the AHA/BHA ingredients. It's a good product for summer use, so I'm considering purchasing it again.

  Cons

  It's not the best at balancing oil and moisture. As time passes, you start to feel a bit of oiliness coming through. The dropper feels a bit stiff when dispensing. For those with super sensitive skin, the exfoliating ingredients might cause some redness. I'm not sure if it might feel a bit tight on the skin in winter...

  Tip

  I used it together with a water-type boosting essence and it worked well.
