But hitting 30, my skin definitely changed! While there weren't any noticeable wrinkles or sagging, there was this subtle loss of firmness that seemed irreversible. However, after using this cream, it really helped with my dry skin. I'm not sure if it's addressing wrinkles or what, but my friends have been commenting that my face looks much better!
ConsIt feels a bit rich, so I think it might not be suitable for those with oily skin.
TipI applied this cream generously all over my face, not just under the eyes, after my usual serums. The combination seemed to boost hydration and target wrinkles. Whether it's thanks to this cream or not, many people have told me that my face looks much fuller now, as if it's bounced back from looking sunken!

While this cream might not completely solve those concerns, I definitely felt it helped! - The scent is unique but not unpleasant, more like a rich, earthy aroma. - The hydration lasts until the next morning, so there's no need to worry about dead skin cells at all. - I highly recommend this for dry skin types, and it's perfect for combination dehydrated skin in winter.
ConsThose with oily skin might find it a bit rich. It's perfect for use in winter though! As I've gotten older, my skin has become drier, so I'm quite satisfied using this even if it's a bit on the oilier side.
TipI wouldn't recommend applying this before makeup as it might cause pilling. It's perfect as a night cream to apply before bed!

I saw an advertisement for something called 'Melasin' and decided to give it a try. The texture is appropriately creamy and thick, as expected from a cream. The scent wasn't noticeable or bothersome to me. It applies smoothly without irritation due to its soft cream texture. As for absorption, perhaps because of my oily skin, I had to pat it in several times. After application, there's no dryness or tightness, and I feel like my fine lines are temporarily plumped up. I'd recommend this to those with dry or normal skin types. I'd like to try applying it not just around the eyes but also on other areas where I'm concerned about wrinkles.
ConsFirst, it's a bit disappointing that there's no spatula, so you have to control the amount and scoop it out with your fingers. It seems to have more oil content than the eye creams I've used before, which might be a bit heavy for oily or blemish-prone skin. I'm a bit worried about potential breakouts, so I end up using only a small amount.
TipAfter evening cleansing and completing my basic skincare routine, I apply it around the eye area and between the brows, letting it absorb. Before bed, I either use blotting paper to remove excess oil, or if my skin feels dry or tight after blotting, I apply a small amount of hydrating or moisturizing cream.

Application: Glides on incredibly smoothly. Spreads with a slightly rich feel. Not sticky at all. My sensitive skin usually breaks out with blemishes or folliculitis when using heavy products, but this was fine. It's supposed to be good for improving under-eye hollowness. I haven't used it long enough to see results, but that area feels moisturized and slightly rich after sleeping. A big plus is that it keeps the eye area from getting dry. With consistent use, I'm not sure about plumping effects, but it should definitely help prevent dryness-induced wrinkles.
ConsIt's a bit on the rich side... Feels more rich than hydrating, and there's a sense of excess oil sitting on top rather than absorbing. I'm prone to blemishes, but didn't experience any issues.
TipNo special tips, but I apply it under my eyes, on areas where wrinkles are starting to form like the forehead, and down to my neck. When I wake up in the morning, I apply it and feel like the remaining product makes those areas rich and hydrated, so I use it on all the driest spots prone to wrinkles.

I noticed a few lines appearing around my eyes, which really shocked me. I thought, 'So this is how wrinkles form!' While searching for and trying various eye creams, I came across the Cementry eye cream. The thick, creamy texture is rich in oils, and as soon as I apply it to my eye area, it instantly fills in those long vertical wrinkles. After using it diligently for a week, I could feel my eye wrinkles becoming less noticeable. I've been generously applying it as part of my nighttime skincare routine. I especially love that it's fragrance-free, and it comes in a glass jar with an included spatula for hygienic use. I'm using it at home with my mom, and it seems even more effective on her deeper wrinkles. I'll update later on any volume-boosting effects after using it for a longer period.
ConsEager to tackle my nasolabial folds, I applied it there too, but it caused some small blemishes. I think it's because the product is quite rich and I applied it to a sensitive area. If you're prone to skin irritations, I recommend focusing the application around the eye area.
TipDon't apply it before makeup! The rich texture will make your base makeup slide off. If you generously apply it around your eyes before bed, you'll wake up to the miracle of filled-in eye wrinkles. Of course, if your skin is dry, the wrinkles might reappear during the day, but with continued use, I think you'll see gradual improvement in your wrinkles.

While it claims to improve under-eye sagging after 4 weeks, the Hwahae Testers review period is only up to a week, so I haven't experienced the effects yet.
ConsThe rich texture creates an immediate oily layer upon application. However, it doesn't cause blemishes, so unless you have very oily skin, it shouldn't be too much of a concern.

The texture spreads smoothly and leaves a plump feeling. For combination dehydrated skin, applying it at night in winter keeps skin from feeling tight until morning. In winter, it works well as an eye cream for combination dehydrated skin, and dry skin types can use it all over. For oily or combination dehydrated skin, it might be too rich in summer, so consider the season when choosing. As an eye cream, we often apply it to wrinkle-prone areas, right? I use it on my neck and forehead too. Since slathering on too much won't absorb anyway, it's crucial to find the right amount for your skin! I scoop it out three times with my fingertip as shown in the photo, and spread it around my eyes, forehead, and neck. This seems to be the right amount for my combination dehydrated skin. I apply it after toner and serum, then finish with a light barrier cream. Applying it last makes it feel like it's not absorbing due to the barrier cream. My eye area is sensitive and prone to milia if there's too much oil, but this product was fine when I used the right amount! The scent isn't completely fragrance-free; to me, it smells like almond and soy milk? A slightly nutty scent? It's not overpowering or strong, so it didn't bother my sensitive nose. Great value for money.. I love the large size! It would be even better if the packaging was in a tube. There's a thick plastic cover, but jar-type containers always let dust in. Tubes are also easier for controlling the amount. I've used it for less than two weeks, so I can't speak to its effects on under-eye sagging or wrinkles. The clinical trials say 4 weeks, so I'll keep applying diligently and update my review if I see results! Maybe because of its plumping effect, it seems to make foundation less noticeable under the eyes, so I use it on makeup days too! But only a tiny amount, just under the eyes, after all skincare and sunscreen have absorbed. If you have combination dehydrated or oily skin, it's best to skip the forehead when applying makeup.
ConsAlthough it's an eye cream, I tried it all over my face once, and I immediately got blemishes under my chin. I think it's because of the rich texture.. If your skin is sensitive to oil, avoid using it under the chin.

Even just dabbing it under my eyes after cleansing, I don't feel any dryness at all. They say dryness causes wrinkles, and while I'm not sure about its effectiveness on existing wrinkles, I think 'with this level of hydration, new wrinkles won't form.' With other eye creams, I often felt dryness or discomfort under my eyes after application, so I'd skip them and just do my basic skincare. But this product keeps my skin moisturized no matter how I apply it, so I'm very satisfied! Plus, you get a generous amount! If I hadn't been chosen as a Hwahae Tester, I wouldn't have tried this basic skincare product, but once I finish it, I plan to repurchase.
Cons1. If you apply it anywhere other than around the eyes, you might get blemishes. I was so satisfied with its balanced oil and moisture content that I used it instead of oil for facial massage... and well, the resulting blemishes are my own fault! 2. If you apply it too close to your eyes, you'll feel a persistent tingling sensation until morning.
TipApplying with your fingers is sufficient, but I recommend using a blunt stick-like gua sha tool or similar instrument to roll on a moderate amount. This method reduces the risk of the product getting into your eyes and seems to distribute it evenly around the eye area.

I'll update my review after more time has passed. For now, I asked my mom to try it for better feedback. Surprisingly, despite its appearance, the texture is quite rich. My mom, who has dry skin, said it reduced the feeling of dryness and cracking. I have combination dehydrated skin, but my mom's skin is drier. The cream is thick and feels a bit sticky with a rich texture before it fully absorbs. I'd recommend this more for those with dry skin rather than oily skin types.
ConsWhile this product claims to help with under-eye sagging, you'd probably need to use at least 2-3 jars, or combine it with the brand's ampoule for maximum results. As mentioned, the cream's rich texture and oiliness might not suit those with oily skin. There's a slight risk of blemishes. For dry skin types, I'd recommend using it in winter or during seasonal changes. It might cause makeup to pill if used in the morning.
TipThough it's called an eye cream, it can be used on the whole face. It's especially good for those with dry skin or dry eye areas to reduce dryness. If you're using this product alone, I'd suggest applying a lightweight ampoule before the cream. Alternatively, you could just use it as an eye cream specifically.

I loved the rich, nourishing texture that feels deeply moisturizing. It absorbed surprisingly quickly. The generous amount makes it great for applying to the neck as well, increasing its versatility.
ConsIt feels quite rich, so those with very oily skin might want to use just a small amount around the eyes. While the large quantity is a plus for versatility, if you're only using it on specific areas, the jar packaging might make it challenging to keep clean for long-term use. This could be either an advantage or disadvantage depending on your skin type.
TipIt works well on areas with concerns about sagging or wrinkles, such as the neck or nasolabial folds.
