I'm not too familiar with hair loss, but it seems like you should use it for regular scalp and hair care.

I had a history of seborrheic scalp in the past.
I'm currently using a shampoo bar instead of regular shampoo, but the problem was that my hair became extremely dry after using the shampoo bar.
So I looked for an essence or treatment that can be used on the scalp, and found a product that can be used both when washing hair and on the scalp. This has become a product I've repurchased and used consistently.
At first, I was a bit skeptical about using it on my scalp since I had a history of seborrheic scalp. But after using it and rinsing it well, I've been using it for over a year without any issues. Using it on the scalp alone, when washing my hair, also helps calm my hair.
I have an oily scalp and I wash and dry my hair before bed, so I was worried it might make my hair greasy. But unless it's summer, it's generally fine even until bedtime, though this may vary person to person.
If you're looking for a product that can be used on both the scalp and hair, I'd recommend giving this one a try.

I don't understand the reason for separating products into women's and men's. When I've used both, I haven't noticed a significant difference.

The most important thing in a treatment is ultimately the price-to-volume ratio and the residual feeling after cleansing, and both are very good.

I'm currently using a disposable hair cap that I purchased from Daiso. I apply a hair treatment, put on the hair cap, and then wash my body. To finish, I rinse my hair by bending over.
It seems like the nutrients are absorbed better into my hair this way compared to just applying and washing. There appears to be a slight steaming effect as well.

I was first drawn to the fact that it is tailored for women, and what I enjoyed about using it was that unlike the other hair loss products I've tried so far, my hair didn't feel stiff or lack softness after washing. This product allows my hair to be easily brushed even after washing. The hair loss shampoos I used previously would leave my hair feeling extremely coarse and straw-like, and even with a conditioner, it would only be soft while wet, becoming stiff again after towel-drying. This product, however, remains soft enough for easy combing and brushing even after towel-drying. Additionally, I disliked the strong herbal scent of previous products, but this one does not have that, which I'm quite satisfied with.

There are no disappointing aspects so far. In fact, since the treatment is not for hair loss but rather for alleviation, I don't have high expectations for the effects. Haha.

Using the shampoo and treatment together seems to be more effective for hair loss symptoms.

If you're definitely looking for a more softening product, this might not be the best fit.
It just makes my hair a bit more manageable and less frizzy, but not dramatically so.

I usually get breakouts on my chin when using treatment products, but this product doesn't seem to cause much trouble.
