  Scalp condition: Balanced oil levels with some dryness. Hair: No heat styling, only permed. I usually invest a lot in my hair and scalp, always using high-end shampoos, treatments, and hair essences. With my long hair, I couldn't compromise on shampoo but wanted to find a cost-effective, large-volume treatment. That's why I bought this product. Ultimately, I found it less smoothing and softening than I had hoped, which was disappointing. This product line is for extremely damaged hair, so I think it might work better for those with protein-rich, healthier hair. My mom, who uses it too, absolutely loves it! I'm not saying this product is bad, but for those with long hair looking for a budget-friendly hair pack, I think it's worth trying. You can use it generously without worrying about running out quickly. I plan to continue using it myself.
