The ingredients are gentle and it's a reputable brand, so you can use it with confidence. The cream isn't too thick and spreads easily. I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin in winter. While some might find it hydrating enough, my skin felt tight after use. This review highlights the product's gentle formulation and ease of application, which are positive aspects. However, it also points out that the moisturizer may not provide sufficient hydration for those with dry skin, especially during colder months. The contrasting experiences suggest that the product's effectiveness may vary depending on individual skin types and needs. - ee*******Dry SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJun 14, 2025
None. I can't understand why this product is supposed to be good. Please read my detailed review below carefully. ✅ For combination dehydrated, sensitive, deeply dry, and allergy-prone skin I honestly can't comprehend why people rave about this product. I bought it in winter after getting a recommendation for deep dryness at Olive Young, but it was such a waste of money. My skin peeled off so badly that I even received compensation. I'm only giving it 2 stars because of that compensation. Using this made my skin feel excessively greasy without proper absorption. The next day, my skin started peeling and turning red. My once supple and soft complexion became bumpy and irritated due to an allergic reaction. If you have allergy-prone skin or skin that periodically acts up, don't buy this. I truly regret my purchase. I even tried using blotting paper as a mask to somehow make it work, but it had zero effect. It just felt like I'd slathered on an extremely rich old-fashioned cream. I strongly advise against buying this product. - se********Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 7, 2025
Ceramides, shea butter, coconut oil, glycerin Strengthens skin barrier, prevents moisture loss, provides deep hydration and reinforces the skin's protective layer The rich texture may not be ideal for oily skin types who dislike shine. If you have oily skin, use sparingly or layer lightly, and consider reducing usage during summer months Those with keratosis pilaris should exercise caution This product works hard to nourish and protect the skin. It's particularly beneficial for those with dry or dehydrated skin types looking to improve their skin's moisture barrier. The combination of ingredients helps to create a protective seal on the skin, locking in hydration and promoting a healthier complexion. However, if you have oily or combination skin, you may want to adjust your usage to avoid potential excess shine or clogged pores. - mi*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 12, 2025
It clings perfectly to my dry skin in my 60s! Instead of just sitting on top or feeling superficial, my skin really drinks it in. Of all the creams I've used so far, I'm most impressed with its hydrating power. I've finally found the product my skin has been craving. And the fact that it comes in a tube is absolutely top-notch. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing. If I think of something after using it more, I'll add it later. - 92********Combination SkinRecommendedMay 11, 2025
It seems to moisturize well. I was just looking for something gentle without too many ingredients, and I bought this because Physiogel is well-known. I'm not sure if there's anything to complain about. It didn't cause any blemishes, so that's a plus! - ka********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 8, 2025
I bought this because it was recommended by Saerom Min! It really helps with deep dryness. I'll need to use it more to know for sure, but so far I haven't found anything disappointing. - su**********Oily SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedMar 31, 2025
It seems to significantly improve deep dryness. Unlike other emulsions where you feel dry inside shortly after application, this product doesn't do that. There's not really anything disappointing about it, but if I had to pick something, maybe the price? It's good to buy when it's on sale at Costco. - so******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 10, 2025
I've been using this product consistently for over 5 years. It's particularly effective during dry seasons. My skin was originally on the dry side, but it became even drier after giving birth. I find myself reaching for it more often! The absorbs well, gliding on smoothly. It has a slightly rich texture, and while it doesn't instantly absorb due to its oil content, it feels like it's creating a protective barrier on the skin. As my dryness has decreased, I've noticed that even my winter redness seems to have diminished! This might be too rich for those with oily skin! Even if you have dry skin, it could feel a bit heavy if used during summer! To soothe dryness, I recommend applying thin layers multiple times! - wn*********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
- Powerful hydration: Perfect for dry skin or those super sensitive skin days when you need deep hydration fast. - Gentle ingredients: Free from fragrances, dyes, and alcohol, making it suitable even for the most sensitive skin types. - Protective barrier: Contains ingredients that strengthen the skin barrier, not only addressing deep dryness but also improving overall skin condition in the long run. - Heavy texture: Due to its intense hydration, it might feel a bit rich for oily skin types or during summer months. - Absorption issues: Leaves a slightly sticky residue, which might not be ideal before applying makeup. (Recommended for nighttime use!) - Tube packaging: While hygienic, the squeeze tube design can lead to product buildup around the cap after use. - Night moisturizer replacement: Apply generously as the final step in your evening skincare routine for lasting hydration until morning. - Thin layering technique: Instead of applying a thick layer at once, which can slow absorption, try layering thin amounts for less richness. (Be careful not to overdo it to avoid blemishes!) - Spot treatment for extremely dry areas: Focus application on dry patches like cheeks, around the mouth, or under-eye area for targeted hydration. - ho*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 22, 2025
Excellent ingredients for dry skin, occasional rosacea, and blemish-prone complexions Might be a bit heavy on the pores during summer, and the price is somewhat steep
