  I've been taking this consistently for over two months. My bowel movements have significantly improved. The value for money is absolutely fantastic!

  Cons

  There are so many positives that I can't really find any downsides. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the quantity is so generous that you need to prepare a separate container to store it.
