As a shampoo nomad, this is a product I plan to keep using continuously. I bought one bottle and am currently using the second one. The scent is a subtle apple fragrance, and my hair feels great with less hair loss. I used up the entire bottle to the very last drop, and I would confidently recommend this shampoo to someone without any hesitation, as they would likely express gratitude for the recommendation. Nothing special No different feeling from when it's first used or when the hair is messy - kr******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedFeb 23, 2025
It's suitable even for skin with seborrheic dermatitis. Despite most commonly available shampoos not agreeing with my skin, this one was fine, possibly thanks to its vinegar ingredient. It didn't worsen my condition except when my scalp was severely inflamed. The cleansing effectiveness and lather were also satisfactory. When used on an unhealthy scalp, it seemed to produce oily dead skin cells. While using this, there was a strong scalp odor. I hope I'm the only one who noticed it, because if others can smell it too, that's problematic. Although it didn't worsen my scalp condition and the lather was decent, the intense smell made it impossible for me to continue using. You can get it at a reasonable price when it's on sale at Musinsa - 1n***********Oily SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 11, 2025
I have an oily scalp, so even if I wash my hair today, it gets greasy again the next day. I decided to try this shampoo and washed my hair on the second day. The oil definitely took longer to build up. When shampooing, it has an apple scent which I personally enjoyed. Despite being for oily hair, it didn't make my hair feel dry and stiff, which was satisfying. My scalp didn't itch at all, and it seems to suit me well, so I'm 100% considering repurchasing! There aren't really any specific drawbacks. The scent might be a matter of personal preference, and it's probably not recommended for those with dry scalps. That's about it. It's not exactly a pro tip, but I found that massaging the scalp, leaving the shampoo on for about 3 minutes, and then rinsing it off made my hair feel even more refreshed! - u1****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 28, 2025
- The cleansing effectiveness for the scalp is really impressive. Using it in summer noticeably reduces oil production. - Unlike some anti-hair loss or scalp shampoos that can make hair stiff and difficult to clean, this product leaves hair less rigid after washing. - The apple cider vinegar scent might be polarizing for some users. - During periods when my scalp was dry, continuous use of this product made it feel excessively dehydrated. - ao****Dry SkinRecommendedOct 2, 2024
It cleanses thoroughly and keeps my hair from getting greasy even by evening! It can be a bit drying, but that's not a major drawback. - re*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinMay 26, 2024
The scent is lovely! Before using it, I thought the vinegar would overpower the apple, but the apple actually wins out. It was really great for my hair texture too! While I adore the Ador brand, this line just didn't work for me. The fragrance is nice, but on my dry and sensitive scalp, it started to feel tingly and irritating after a while. - hm****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 5, 2024
Oh my... After using this, I can't switch to other products because my scalp starts to smell... I have an oily scalp, so I'm sensitive to buildup and scalp odor. With the Adore shampoo, I only noticed a scalp smell if I went a long time without washing. But when I briefly tried a different product, I could smell my scalp again within a day! I ended up coming back to Adore... It's the absolute best... The cleansing effectiveness seems similar to other shampoos for oily hair, but Adore is unbeatable when it comes to controlling odor and leaving hair feeling soft, even with just shampoo. It doesn't lather well and the price is quite high... I end up using it liberally, which makes it even more expensive - rk*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 21, 2024
This vegan shampoo has a subtle apple cider vinegar scent. It lathers well and feels light when using. It's not irritating, making it a versatile product that's easy to incorporate into your routine. Personally, I was a bit disappointed that it didn't seem to effectively control scalp odor. - cl**********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 3, 2024
- Overall, it contains gentle ingredients. I didn't check the ingredients before buying, but now that I have, I think it's a shampoo with kind-to-hair components. - Natural oil control. It doesn't feel too harsh in removing excess oils. - Subtle fragrance. I appreciated that the scent isn't overpowering. I have slightly wavy hair that tends to get frizzy after washing. While the gentle oil control is a plus as it doesn't make my hair too fluffy, it might be a bit disappointing when I'm extra sweaty and oily (like in summer). - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 2, 2024
It cleanses the scalp refreshingly. The scent is like vinegar, haha! It has a crisp fragrance and feels light when using. I thought it might not cleanse well because it's mildly acidic, but it actually cleanses thoroughly. I couldn't really find any drawbacks with the Ador shampoo. I used it well.
