It's strange, but whenever I apply only the whitening cream, my face gets extremely oily and shiny. When I apply foundation, my face just gets completely oiled up. It's like a grease party ^^ But when I wipe it all off with skin toner, it goes back to normal and works well. I don't know why, but I absolutely do not recommend applying makeup before that!
