Unfortunately, when used daily, regardless of which essence I pair it with, it causes blemishes to appear. As a result, I've limited its use to once or twice a week. While the hydration level is moderate, my naturally dry-prone lips and chin area still experience dryness even after applying this cream. I'm hesitant to layer on more cream as it only leads to more blemishes, so I'm using it sparingly.

This cream has almost no scent and provides moderate hydration. It's not overly rich, with a balanced oil-to-moisture ratio of about 60:40, making it a fairly harmonious cream. The absorption rate is moderate as well. When applied at night, it effectively protects the skin until morning. Interestingly, even a small pea-sized amount provides decent moisturization.

With its great ingredients and price point, I don't have any particular complaints.

Whether you apply an ampoule toner, hydrating serum, or any other product beforehand, this cream doesn't absorb instantly. This actually allows for a more thorough application. While I'm not sure how it would work for those with extremely dry skin, for someone like me who feels dryness after washing or midday, it's not a cream that gives an immediate burst of hydration. After applying, you might wonder if it's enough or if you need to layer something else, but when you touch your skin, it feels quite moisturized. If you don't overthink it, you'll find it provides a decent level of hydration.

There's nothing particularly bad, but the absorption could be better. You need to spend quite a bit of time massaging it in for full absorption.
