Pros
I first tried the serum in the same line and then bought and used the toner as well. This also had moisture, but it was gradually absorbed and clean, so it was good to apply an additional serum. It has moisturizing power, but the finish is good, so it can be used before makeup, and my skin had a subtle glow and was moisturized!
Cons

I have sensitive skin. ⭐️Texture It has a watery, flowing texture, but not as watery as the Dokdo toner. When applied, it feels moisturizing!! I've been using it 2-3 times in the winter as it doesn't let the moisture evaporate and feels somewhat replenishing. ⭐️Skin Type I strongly recommend this to those with sensitive skin like me.. The Primera basic line seems to be all gentle. I've never experienced any itchiness after using it. ⭐️Color It has a slightly opaque ivory color. Before the renewal, it was brownish, and would stain clothes, but after the renewal, it doesn't leave any visible marks on clothes, which is great!!! Anyway, you won't go wrong if you buy this... I've been using this line for years, I don't even know how long.
Cons
There are no regrettable points!!.. If I had to nitpick, the price..?? is not that cheap
Tip
In winter, I would apply toner (Primera), ampoule (any moisturizing one), emulsion (Primera), and cream (Innisfree) in that order, and it worked well.

I have combination skin with clogged pores and small acne breakouts on my cheeks due to dehydration in my 20s. I cleanse with a mildly alkaline face wash and apply a vitamin C serum, but was advised to use a slightly acidic toner to balance my skin's pH. The toner contains collagen and has a lightweight serum-like texture, so it leaves my skin feeling very moisturized. I also really like the natural fragrance.
Cons
There's not really anything I dislike about this product yet. The natural fragrance may be a matter of personal preference, but I personally enjoyed it.
Tip
I like to use the toner twice to really lock in the moisture.

The moisture and oil balance seem to work well for me. It also contains peptides, which is great. After cleansing, I can feel it making my skin feel hydrated and brightened.

It's moisturizing and great Once I find a product I like, I just keep using that one, and this product is good! I'm told I have honey-like skin, and I've been using this line's skin lotion for over 10 years!!

I can feel my skin barrier and inner layers becoming firmer, and deep moisture is seeping in. I love the Primera brand, and the Organience Barrier line is really great.
Cons
Compared to other Primera products, I felt a slight irritation.
