This sunscreen provides a natural tone-up effect that evens out your complexion without leaving a white cast, even when applied in the recommended amount. It blurs pores while leaving blemishes untouched, giving a fresh-faced look as if you've just had a good night's sleep with a natural glow. It's similar to the Shiseido Elixir tone-up sunscreen I've been using, but even better. I'm tempted to stock up on this!

As time passes, it can get a bit oily, so you'll need to set it with powder.

I've been curious about this for a while, so I was excited to try the sample I received! The texture is lightweight yet moisturizing, and it doesn't run. The application is excellent, and it brightens the skin tone so well that you need to apply it down to your neck to avoid a floating face effect! It might be a bit heavy for very oily skin in summer, though. For me, it was good enough that I could skip foundation. Even with my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes! I think it's worth continuing to use. I'm very satisfied!

I apply this brightening sunscreen as the last step after my skincare routine. If you pat it in with a puff, it adheres more naturally and looks even better!

It's somewhat like a primer, I'd say. When you apply it, your skin becomes smooth and I'm really satisfied with it, but should I say it sets quickly...? Anyway, you can't just slather it on carelessly.

I absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend this! Are you looking for a brightening moisturizer with sun protection? Just buy this one, seriously... I used to apply sunscreen and then layer a brightening moisturizer on top, which was a bit cumbersome and made my skin feel somewhat suffocated. I think I've tried all the tone-up sunscreens out there... For cushion foundations, I was satisfied with the A0 cushion, but it ran out too quickly... After trying a sample of this, I immediately purchased the full-size product.

If you have a slightly yellow undertone like me, you'll likely be satisfied with this. 

Those with dry skin might find it doesn't suit them as well! 

If you have combination skin and need a brightening sunscreen, go for it!

The reason I'm deducting one star is that, unfortunately, this sunscreen doesn't seem to agree with my skin. On days when I use Koi sunscreen, I notice a few whiteheads popping up. Because of this, I've temporarily stopped using it. Apart from that issue, I do like how thinly and smoothly it absorbs. It's perfect for bare-faced days or light outings.

I decided to try this sunscreen primarily because it's said to provide long-lasting protection. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it not only evens skin tone well but also offers mild coverage, making it sufficient as a standalone product. As someone with a slightly tanned complexion, I appreciated that instead of just being a plain white brightening moisturizer, it has a subtle pink tint that adds a healthy glow. The sunscreen's durability is impressive - one application is enough to protect against winter's harsh reflective snow glare. However, if you have dry skin, you might notice some dryness in winter if your base moisturizer isn't hydrating enough. Those with super sensitive skin should ensure they have a good hydration routine underneath.

I tried to apply it evenly using a pack brush, and it spread like water, making my skin look really hydrated. However, it doesn't feel as moisturizing as it appears. My skin is normal to combination dehydrated, and I wanted a hydrating sunscreen for this weather as it feels too dry lately. Unfortunately, that aspect was disappointing. While it does give a subtle glow, it doesn't last long. Considering its reputation, it's somewhat underwhelming. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

I'm really pleased with this sunscreen - it gives me that lovely peach-tinted glow, just like the pink Espoir sunscreen I used to use. No eye irritation either. The signature Koi fragrance is a mood-lifter too!

It's perfect for me since I love the dewy look and don't have any skin texture issues or need for coverage, so I prefer going makeup-free or with light makeup. Previously, I used to mix BB cream with oil, but this is even lighter and more glossy, making my skin look naturally moisturized and healthy. It's great for those who don't wear much makeup - it works well on its own or as an excellent base.

I usually use shade 23 because I dislike having a color difference between my face and neck. However, this product has a brightening effect, which made my face look noticeably paler than my neck when applied. More importantly... it causes pilling. And by the afternoon, my skin feels unusually dry.

To be honest, it didn't really work for me... The only good thing I can say is... the bottle is pretty? Haha!
