Thanks to my boyfriend's perpetually dry lips, I've tried every type of lip balm out there. Personally, my worst pick was Himalaya and Nivea, while my favorites were Uriage and Neutrogena.

Texture: It's thicker than other brands' lip balms. You don't need to swipe it back and forth multiple times - it applies satisfyingly with just one go.

Formulation: It's neither too rich nor too light, but just the right consistency to provide hydration. I find it particularly effective when applied before lipstick or after a water tint - it really helps calm down any dead skin cells on the lips.
