  I've been taking one packet every morning, and I feel like my body is getting lighter. My digestion has improved, and it's really great!

  Pros

  It's great for taking easily. So convenient that you can take it without water. The effectiveness is much better than other probiotics. I used to need two a day to go to the bathroom, but with this one, I can go well with just one.

  Cons

  For me, the taste isn't pleasant. So I quickly swallow it with water.

  Lactofit is one of the brands I consistently use due to its reputation and effectiveness. The tablets are thin and lightweight, making them convenient to carry around.
