    Pros
The high vitamin content makes it great for megadosing, and it feels like a miracle boost when you take it while feeling under the weather! The price is also quite affordable.
    Cons
The large size might make it difficult to swallow for those who struggle with taking big pills.

As someone with atopic and extremely dry skin, my skin barrier breaks down easily, leading to frequent skin inflammation. I've had atopic skin since childhood and have struggled with it my whole life. It seems there are more ingredients that don't agree with my skin than those that do! I've been megadosing Vitamin C for about 5 years now. (I take 120,000mg daily - that's 12 tablets!) I started with the most famous brand, Korea Eundan, but switched to Yuhan's pharmacy-only product on a pharmacist's recommendation. Then someone suggested CKD's product for its value, so I tried that. Nowadays, I rotate between these three brands, but today I'll review CKD Health's Vitamin C product. I usually buy the 600-tablet bottle online for under 30,000 won. It's probably the best value compared to Korea Eundan or Yuhan products, which is why it seems to be the most popular choice. At first, I thought it was incredibly cost-effective, but when I received the tablets, I was a bit disappointed. As you can see in the photo, the pills are smaller than Korea Eundan or Yuhan's products (which are the same size as each other). I'm quite sensitive to supplements and can quickly tell how they affect my body. Honestly, among regular Vitamin C supplements, I found Yuhan's pharmacy product to be the best, followed by Korea Eundan, and then CKD. I take CKD's product mainly for its value, but in terms of how it makes me feel, both Yuhan and Korea Eundan are far superior for boosting my immunity and improving my skin condition. That's why I actually prefer mixing CKD's product with Yuhan's (Korea Eundan is the most expensive, by the way). So, when my immunity is really low, I just take Yuhan's. Otherwise, I mix CKD and Yuhan. I often receive Korea Eundan as gifts, so I have plenty at home and end up taking it alongside CKD's product. If possible, I'd recommend getting Yuhan's Vitamin C from a pharmacy. It's really good. And megadosing is great! Start with 600mg and if you don't get diarrhea, gradually increase to 1200mg. I had gastritis, so I started while eating cabbage. You'll see improvements in your skin, joints, immunity, atopic dermatitis, and rhinitis - just like I did!
    Cons
While it's good value for money, the tablets are smaller than Korea Eundan or Yuhan's Vitamin C, and the effectiveness isn't as impressive. However, it could be a good starting point for beginners trying megadosing for the first time. Although it's slightly less potent, the lower price makes it more accessible, which can be an advantage.
    Tip
When megadosing, increase your intake until you reach the maximum amount that doesn't cause diarrhea - that's your optimal dose. Keep gradually increasing until you reach 12 tablets a day.
