  Pros

  The first probiotic that actually worked for me! As a probiotic nomad, I've finally found my holy grail. I started with powder forms, but they gave me terrible stomach aches. Then I tried liquid forms meant for babies, thinking they'd be gentler. They were so mild that I saw no effect. I went back to capsules and that's when I discovered this product. After a month of amazing results, I bought a year's supply in bulk. My parents love it too. My mom, who usually suffers from bloating, says she doesn't feel gassy anymore - whether it's a placebo effect or not. Our family has completely settled on this probiotic.

  Cons

  I didn't have any issues with it, but it's worth noting that this product comes in both capsule and powder form. For me, the capsule form was far more effective than the powder. I'd recommend going for the capsules!

  Tip

  Take it on an empty stomach in the morning with a warm glass of water, and you'll be heading to the bathroom within 30 minutes. Works like clockwork!

  Pros

  With consistent use, your gut becomes as strong as steel, able to withstand most irritations. The pills are small, making them easy to swallow.

  Cons

  There's not really anything to complain about... If I had to pick something, I suppose it would be the price.

  Tip

  Try to buy it when it's on sale. It has a soothing effect when you take it for stomach discomfort.

  Pros

  I've tried other probiotics, but this one is the most effective and gentle for me. It's my absolute favorite.
