I've been taking this for about two months now, on my second bottle. We all know that Coenzyme Q10 is great for antioxidants. To be honest, I can't say for certain if it's making a big difference since I'm taking it along with other supplements. However, I'm taking it proactively for cardiovascular health, to combat age-related energy decline, and for antioxidant benefits. The pills are small, making them easy to swallow. I also appreciate that they don't have an unpleasant odor like some other supplements. I wish the price was a bit more affordable. Also, I think it would be better if they were individually packaged like other pills. Being in a bottle makes it a bit inconvenient to carry around. The key is to take one pill consistently every day. If you have high blood pressure, I highly recommend giving this a try.
