Being water-based, it doesn't emphasize dead skin cells and gives you super moisturized lips! The intense pigmentation makes it perfect for creating a bold accent.
ConsIt stains quickly, so if you want to smudge it, you need to act fast right after application. If you don't apply it properly at first, it sets that way, which can be a bit frustrating.
