ProsI've been using Hatomugi Skin Conditioner for 10 years now! It's not drying at all and keeps my skin hydrated, making it an excellent exfoliating toner.
ConsYou need to be careful with the amount... If you tilt the bottle wrong, it just gushes out.

ProsThe generous amount is perfect for using as a toner! It's also great to transfer it to an empty spray bottle and use it like a mist.
ConsIt's a bit sticky, so it's not ideal to use just as a toner. You need to follow up with a cream right away.
