Not recommended for people with gastritis! As an adult who's had gastritis before, I felt a slight burning sensation after drinking this. If you have gastritis or acid reflux, I recommend taking vitamin C in pill form instead.

Taste: It's perfect when dissolved in a full mug of cold water. Tastes like orange soda, Fanta, or Tams Zero - just like a carbonated drink. I even drink it instead of soda when eating chicken or pizza.

Price: Regular price is 5,000 won for 20 tablets, but you can get 100 tablets for 13,500 won on Coupang. It's quite affordable.

Convenience: While taking pills feels medicinal, this feels more like drinking a beverage, making it easier to consume. I used to keep it beside me while studying for exams. Exceeding the daily recommended 100mg is fine since vitamin C is water-soluble and excess is easily excreted - it might even be beneficial. I alternate between this and Korea Eundan Vitamin C 1000.
