Cons
There's nothing disappointing, but since it's a gummy, it has double the calories of a tablet. Even so, it's only 8 kcal!

It's convenient to take just one capsule a day, and the orange flavor is quite tasty. Since my stomach is sensitive, I usually can't take pill-based supplements, but the plant-based gummy form means I only need to take it about once or twice a week, and it doesn't cause much stomach discomfort. When I feel particularly fatigued due to my usual vitamin D deficiency, taking this supplement helps me feel less tired.
Cons
The price is not particularly cheap. In the gummy form, even when stored in a cool place, the gummies tend to melt and stick together over time. I have to peel them apart each time before taking them, which is inconvenient. It doesn't completely eliminate my stomach issues.
