I've been concerned about hair loss, and I heard that brewer's yeast is good in addition to biotin. So I bought this product and found it contains biotin, zinc, and selenium. I'm particularly pleased about the selenium. The effects aren't bad at all. I initially purchased it because of the Green Store brand, and I'm satisfied with my choice.

It's tough to swallow all 10 or even 5 at once, so I take 2 or 3 at a time, but it still fills my stomach with water. I don't recommend taking them before meals.
