ConsAfter taking this product, I experienced a severe outbreak of small blemishes. At first, I didn't realize it was because of this supplement and continued taking it, but the problem only got worse. Also, it's quite expensive.
TipI recommend closely monitoring any changes in your skin while taking this supplement. If you notice any blemishes appearing, it's best to stop using it immediately.

The biotin content is significant, so you can really see the related benefits. It seems great for those looking to supplement their biotin and vitamin intake.
ConsUnfortunately, biotin turned out to be incompatible with my skin. After about a month and a half of use, it seemed to affect my sebaceous glands, causing an outbreak of small bumps and red blemishes - something I've never experienced before. I even had to visit a dermatologist and take medication to manage it. This was an expensive lesson on biotin side effects. To avoid wasting money, please research carefully and consult a professional before starting any new supplement regimen!
