I started taking these probiotics after hearing that immunity starts in the gut, and I'm now on my Nth repurchase. You're supposed to take 2 sachets a day, which I did morning and evening. First off, I love the refreshing grape flavor and how quickly it dissolves. In the morning, it's even better if you follow it with a glass of warm water. Personally, the most noticeable improvement has been in my digestive health - bathroom visits have become much more comfortable. I also feel that my stomach is more settled than before. When I stop taking them for a few days, I can really feel the difference compared to when I'm taking them regularly, which is why I keep using this product. These probiotics are on the pricier side. However, I personally notice a difference when I take them versus when I don't, which is why I keep buying them. Also, having to take two sachets a day can be a bit of a hassle.
