I'm on my second bottle after finishing the first one. My child, who usually dislikes vitamins, takes these well. When I tried them myself, I found the taste to be pleasantly tolerable - grateful they're easy to swallow. I'm impressed with the vitamin content, which is why I'm on my second bottle. I used to give Garden of Life vitamins for their natural, synthetic-free formulation, but the four-pill daily dose was a bit much. Switching to the trusted Solgar brand has been a game-changer. They're much easier to take, and the taste is slightly better too. About halfway through the bottle, the tablets start showing signs of moisture absorption, but this has been my experience with all children's multivitamins I've tried so far. The vitamin C, D, calcium, and zinc content seems a bit low, so I sometimes supplement with additional doses as needed.
