  First off, I'm pleased it's a trustworthy Solgar product. I bought it because biotin is said to help with hair loss, strengthen nails, and even aid in weight loss. The capsules are small, making them easy to swallow.

  I've been taking biotin because my hair was thinning and looking sparse. Since I started taking it regularly, I definitely feel like I'm losing less hair than before, which is really satisfying. The price is reasonable too!
