The instructions say to take one tablet three times a day, but I'm lazy so I just take it morning and night. While there's no immediate dramatic effect, it's one of those products that makes me anxious if I don't have it! Along with Acerola C, I always take Cal-Mag D and Iron Folic Plus together. My constant headaches are now completely gone. Of course, I've also increased my sleep to 7 hours! There's no dramatic effect, but if there was, that might be a problem in itself... haha. It's just perfect for taking daily. When you open the bottle, the smell is a bit strong? Anyway, it's a decent product! As a side note, I highly recommend Nutrilite Iron Folic Plus... After taking this, my chronic headaches disappeared. It's so effective that if I stop taking it after finishing a bottle, the headaches come back.
