It's delicious. The other psyllium husk is hard to eat because of the unpleasant smell, but the Atomy one is tasty. And... it's incredibly refreshing in the bathroom - it's gone in just 1 minute~~ It comes out smoothly :)
Cons
It's true that psyllium husk is like that, but.. having to drink a lot of water is tiring
Tip
If you eat it when you're a little hungry, it fills you up so you end up skipping snacks^^

If you eat this and drink a lot of water, your poop will come out really thick!ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Cons
Drinking a lot of water is necessary, right? That's something you can do to help with constipation, haha.
