I definitely feel less tired when I take them consistently. You need to take 3 pills a day, and I'm pleased that I haven't experienced any digestive issues, probably because I take them right after meals. ConsRecommendedThe only downside is that the pills are a bit on the larger side. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied. It's a shame that corn starch was added in the new formula... I have a corn allergy, unfortunately.
