One bottle is enough!! Orthomol vitamin has a tart taste that goes beyond sourness and has a refreshing acidity, but it charges up quickly. I first purchased it through Olive Young!! After finishing 7 bottles, I now buy large sets through Olive Young sales or my company's welfare mall. Even if you don't eat it every day, just 2-3 times a week when you're tired, the fatigue will completely disappear.
