It's less fatiguing and easier to take all at once. The before and after is quite different~

The pills are numerous and large, making them difficult to swallow. Having to take 12 pills a day is burdensome.

Since there are no low-cost Chinese raw materials, I feel reassured. Definitely, after taking it consistently, it makes a difference. Each capsule contains vitamins, minerals, and magnesium, so I don't have to take them separately, which is convenient.
Cons
Although the price is not cheap, the effects are worth it, so it's different from when I don't take it.
Tip
I take it right away during or after meals when I go out every day. They say the vitamins and minerals help with digestion and absorption.
