The taste is quite good, so it's pleasant to eat. No matter how good a product is, if it doesn't taste good, I can't eat it.. It's made of incredibly fine white powder, so it's easy to mix when drinking shakes. There's definitely a difference between when I eat it and when I don't. It feels more refreshing.
Cons
The sourness is a bit too strong, so it's difficult to drink it mixed with just water. And it's really expensive, so I always have to think hard before buying it.
